About Accommodation

    What is the check-in / check-out time?

    Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is at 10am. Check-in and check-out time may differ depending on the accommodation plan you book.

    Can I check in before 15:00?

    We accept check-in from noon (12:00 pm) with an additional fee of 1000JPY / hour. Please note that it may not be available depending on the operating conditions on the day of arrival.

    Can I extend the checkout?

    We accept requests until noon (12:00 pm) with an additional fee of 1000JPY / hour. Please note that it may not be available depending on the room availability on the day.

    Is there a cancellation fee?

    The cancellation fee is as follows.
    • Cancellation made on the previous day : 20% of the room charge
    • No Show or Cancellation on the reserved day : 100% of the room charge
    * The cancellation fee may vary depending on the plan you booked.
    * Groups have different cancellation fees. Please call us for more information.

    Can I keep my luggage before check-in and after check-out?

    We can keep your luggages on the day of your stay.

    Can I send packages to the hotel in advance?

    Please specify the date of arrival so that it will arrive at the hotel on the day of your stay. Please be sure to state the "check-in date" and the "booker's name" on the package. After cross-checking with the reservation detail, we will keep it until the day of check-in.
    However, we cannot accept cash, valuables, medicines, correspondence, fragile items, dangerous items, items requiring temperature / humidity control such as cool flights, cash on delivery, and cash on delivery packages.
    * We may not be able to accept orders that do not state the correct reservation information on the delivery slip

    Can I stay with my pet?

    This hotel does not provide rooms for pets, nor facilities for pet care.

    Tell us more about the security system.

    The hotel's front door will be locked from midnight to 6:00am, with the purpose of protecting the safety of the hotel and guests at midnight. Customers returning to the hotel or checking in at the relevant time can enter as follow :
    • Guests staying at the hotel can unlock using the card key.
    • Check-in customers can use the intercom located in the front entrance. The staff will confirm your name against the reservation details and unlock the front door for you.

    VISA, JCB, UC, DC, AMEX, Diners, NICOS, Master, UnionPay are available.

    Not available. QR payment (PAYPAY, d payment, LINEPAY, Alipay, WeChatPay) is available.

    How early can I make a reservation?

    We accept reservations 6 months in advance.

    What if someone other than the guest wants to pay?

    Please pay by visiting or bank transfer prior to the check-in date.
    In case of bank transfer, please call to inform us.

    Regarding the requirement for a passport copy

    According to the laws and regulations established by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, a copy of the passport is required for the stay of foreign guests who do not have an address in Japan. If the person making the reservation has an address in Japan and the companion is a foreigner who does not have an address in Japan, a copy will be obtained from that person.

    Do you offer non-smoking rooms?

    All rooms are non-smoking (including heated cigarettes and electronic cigarettes). There is a smoking area outside the entrance of the ground floor.

    There are sink, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave and electric kettle.
    No tableware other than cups is provided. Please rent a kitchen set for free at the front desk, or bring your own.

    If it is not available in your room and you need it, please feel free to contact the front desk. There is only a limited number available but they are available for free rental.

    We provide a self-service coin laundry room for you.
    We have 3 fully automatic washing machines (30 minutes/¥200), 3 dryers (30 minutes / ¥ 100), and detergent at the front desk. (¥100)

    Beer, shochu high, snacks, cup noodles are sold at the front desk.

    Is there any convenience store or supermarket nearby ?

    Lawson is 6 minutes away. There are several supermarkets within a 10-minute walk. You can also purchase food and beverages at Tsuruha Drug, which is a 1-minute walk away.

    Use a convenience store ATM or a bank’s ATM within a 10-minute walk.

    Osaka Police Hospital is about 4 minutes on foot from the hotel. There is also Shitennoji Hospital.
